Shani is a left-brain, right brain entrepreneurial powerhouse who has an innovative and balanced sense for creativity, business and people. Across her 15-year career, Shani has experienced life on both client and agency sides and has worked with some of the country’s biggest brands including Telstra, Coca-Cola, American Express, Microsoft, Optus, NewsCorp, and Facebook. As Managing Director at usual suspects creative, Shani drives the company’s creative and business vision to deliver pivotal life experiences.

Always striving for continuous improvement, she has the magical ability to unify and excite people around the highest standards. In her previous role as an agency CEO, Shani drove an agenda of innovation, entrepreneurship and equality and was an eight-time Agency of the Year award winner, (including the hotly contested ‘Employer of the Year’) and a three-time finalist at the 2014 Women in Media Awards (across creative, marketing and employer categories).

Shani’s current clients include the Seven Network, Twitter, Tru Blu Beverages, The Guardian and AANA and she will be debuting the Silicon Valley-born “NewCo” Festival in Sydney in February 2017.
